If you are at the scene of an accident and do not have a tow company or a repair facility selected, Law Enforcement will contact their contracted tow provider to move your vehicle to their storage lot, where your vehicle will later need to be retrieved.
If your vehicle is currently in a Law Enforcement tow lot, you will need to complete THIS FORM and submit it to the agency holding your vehicle in order to have it towed to another location.
