Where are you located?

Our address is 1109 N Sickles Dr, Tempe, AZ 85281, near Tempe Marketplace. We are located approximately 1 mile west of the 101 Pima Freeway, and approximately one half mile north of the 202 Red Mountain Freeway. The nearest major intersection is Curry and McClintock.

 

What kind of services do you offer?

We specialize in paint and body work on vehicles of all makes, models, ages, and conditions, on jobs of any size. Please click our services page for what we offer.

 

Do you offer mechanical services?

We offer light mechanical services, usually those that are tied to the body damage. We also believe in doing what you’re good at, and we realize that heavy mechanical repairs are best handled by shops who specialize in them. We have relationships with several reliable mechanic shops here in the Valley. We are happy to serve as your “one stop shop” and will manage your repair between our shop and one of our trusted partners, or we are happy to provide you with a referral if you would rather interface with each of us directly.

 

Can I have my vehicle towed to your shop?

Yes. Whether it’s coming from your home or directly from an accident, we are happy to receive your vehicle from your tow service of choice. If you need a referral, we recommend Onager Towing, (480) -203-2434. Onager Towing has access to our lot for around-the-clock dropoffs.

 

Will you work with my insurance company?

Yes. We have worked with most insurance companies, including All State, Farmer’s Insurance, Geico, Progressive, USAA, Oasis, State Farm, American Family Insurance, Nationwide, American Risk, Safeway, eSurance, and more. Simply inform your insurance company that you wish to have your vehicle serviced by our shop and we will interface with your Adjustor to get your claim completed.

 

How can I get a repair estimate for repair on my vehicle?

Will you come to my home or work to provide your estimate?

If you so desire, we will provide free estimates during business hours at destinations located within Tempe, Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, Phoenix, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, and Ahwatukee. Additional destinations may be available-give us a call to find out if we can come to you.

 

You’re not on my insurance company’s “recommended” list. Can I still use you?

Yes. Arizona law states that it is your vehicle, and therefore your right to choose if you want it repaired, and who will do the repair. Your insurance agent may recommend a company, but you are under no obligation to use his recommendation. In fact, attempting to force you to use their shop is against the law. You may choose any person or business to perform the repairs on your vehicle, or you may elect not to fix it at all.

 

Why aren’t you on my insurance company’s “recommended” list?

To be honest, the answer is because we are a small shop. “Big” insurance companies have relationships with “big” shops that have multiple locations and the capacity to handle high volume while giving them deep discounts. However, we think our small size is to your advantage because we are able to provide you with individual service, and faster service times. And our only allegiance is to you, our customer.

 

How long will my repair take?

The length of time your repair takes depends on the scope of the job, the availability of parts needed, an insurance agent’s availability, and other factors. However, on average, our turnaround time is 30% faster than local industry standards once the job has been approved. Our average collision repair time is 4 business days after insurance approval.

 

How can you make sure you’ll get the right color to match my vehicle?

A lot of variables play into selecting the right color for your vehicle, including the age, the sun exposure, moisture exposure, damage, finish, manufacturer, manufacturer plant, dye lots, existence of other repairs. By assessing all of these variables, as well as manufacturer-issued indicators, and a wide breadth of resources, we are certain we can match your color. We recently matched a 40 year old, European import, discontinued color.

 

How will I know what’s happening with my vehicle?

We will update you on the progress of your vehicle at any frequency you wish, via email, text, or phone call.

 

What should I do to prepare my vehicle for repair?

Please make sure that you remove your child safety seats, medications, firearms, and anything that may melt in exposure to extreme heat. Additionally, once your vehicle is prepared for paint, we will not be able to give you access to it, so please remove anything you think you will need during your repair. Notify us if your vehicle uses alternate fuel.

 

What should I do when I pickup my repaired vehicle?

Please be prepared to pickup your vehicle within 1 business day of notification that your repair is complete. Compare your final invoice against your repair estimate. Complete a final inspection with your Service Advisor to ensure that all repairs are to your satisfaction.

 

How should I care for my car after work is complete?

Will you customize my vehicle?

We can help you personalize your vehicle and give it its own personality. We can apply decals and vinyl, paint custom colors, attach trim, and provide custom paint jobs.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, insurance company payments, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express.

 

Do you guarantee your work?

Can you get me a rental car?

We have arranged shop prices with a local Enterprise Rental Car to provide you with fair rates and reliable vehicles. We can often work with you and them to coordinate your pickup and drop off.

 

Do you offer discounts, sales, or coupons?

We offer a standing discount of 30% off retail repair services for all past and present military members and their spouses. Discount promotions for the rest of our customers are offered throughout the year. Check our facebook page or the discounts tab for the most current information.

 

I have a _____________. Can you paint it?

To date, in addition to vehicles, we have painted a kitchen table, bed frames, a KitchenAid mixer, a lamp, vintage soda machines, mason jars, roll bar pieces, metal wall art, a golf cart, and motorcycle parts. As long as it’s not living or edible, we can probably paint it. Give us a call.

 

Why are you closed on weekends?

We are closed on weekends to allow our employees time to spend time with their families and tend to responsibilities of their homes and personal lives. However, we are sometimes able to set up pickup or drop-off appointments outside of our normal business hours to accommodate your scheduling needs. Just ask!

 

Do you offer oil changes, tire changes, detailing, window tinting, windshield repair, or upholstery services?

We are happy to provide a referral to local businesses we know and trust who offer these services.
