Spring Training Begins, Causing Increased Traffic on Valley Roads

Regardless of what the calendar says, it's spring in the desert and that means the return of Baseball Spring Training. Spring Training is a huge economic industry in the Valley of the Sun, with a whopping 15 teams that make up the Cactus League holding their sessions in the Phoenix Metropolitan area.  The increased activity means increased traffic on our roads and inevitable traffic jams, even during times of the day that are generally clear and free-flowing. Vision Collision welcomes our Spring Training Visitors to the Valley. We encourage all drivers to allow extra time to travel valley roadways, especially near stadiums and on Game Days and even during traditionally off-peak times. Smart Phone apps such as Waze will alert you to traffic conditions based on your location. Ride share services like Uber will do the driving for you. And public transportation services such as the Valley Metro Light Rail will allow you to avoid traffic and parking hassles altogether. Play Ball, Arizona! And remember, if a spring-training traffic encounter results in damage to your vehicle, give Vision Collision a call at 480-248-9049!
